at this 5-course tea infused brunch prepared by Chef Matt Smith of Locality Kitchen and Bar.  

Carefully selected tea pairings from Happy Lucky's Teahouse will accompany each course.

This event will take place rain or shine and can accommodate vegetarians.

Apple cider donut holes, zucchini chocolate muffins, Shakti Chai banana bread
paired with China Wuyi Oolong 
  
Course 2: 
Farro salad with roasted beet, roasted farm veggies, arugula, feta,
and Tangerine Pu-er vinaigrette 
paired with Nepal Pokhara Green Tea 
 
Course 3:
Smoked salmon and China Lapsang Souchong tea biscuit with caper
and herb mustard dressing, and edible flowers 
paired with Blood Orange Black Tea

Bacon and squash strata with brown butter,
Taiwan Strong Fire Tieguanyin hollandaise, kale, and roasted peppers 
 paired with Scottish Breakfast Tea
